Using Poser
These terms cover Poser’s website, mobile app and ski video analysis services. By using Poser, you agree to them. You must be legally able to agree to these terms, or have a parent or guardian’s permission where required. Questions can be sent to hello@poser.pro.
Keep your account information accurate, protect access to your account, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data, including the third-party AI services used for analysis.
Your clips and permissions
You retain ownership of your clips. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload them and have them analyzed, including permission from identifiable people in the footage where required. Avoid uploading private or sensitive information unrelated to skiing.
By submitting a clip for analysis, you ask Poser to store, copy and process it, use service providers including AI providers to analyze them, and create and display the resulting feedback and replay outputs to provide the service. This permission is limited to operating the service; public promotional use requires your separate permission.
You control who you share result links with. When you use an upload widget on another website, its owner can access your submission and results as explained in the Privacy Policy.
AI feedback and skiing
Poser uses AI and video-based estimates to produce movement measurements and technique feedback. Results can be wrong, incomplete or unavailable, especially when footage is unclear or does not show enough turns. We do not guarantee a particular result or improvement.
Feedback supports your own review and does not replace a qualified ski instructor. It is not medical advice, an assessment of fitness to ski, or a guarantee of safety. Ski within your abilities, follow local rules, and consider the terrain and conditions before trying any technique. Skiing carries a risk of injury.
Acceptable use
Use Poser lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not upload unlawful or infringing content, attempt to access someone else’s account or private clips, disrupt the service, bypass usage limits, or introduce malicious software. Commercial redistribution of the service requires our permission.
Pricing and paid features
Free usage allowances and any paid features are described in the app or on our pricing page. If you choose to buy a paid feature, the price, what is included and any renewal terms must be shown before you confirm payment. Purchases made through an app store are also subject to that store’s payment and refund rules. Nothing here limits refund, withdrawal or other consumer rights provided by law.
Ownership
Poser and its licensors retain the rights to the app, software, branding and site content. These terms let you use the service; they do not transfer ownership of it. You may view, download and share your clip outputs using the features provided, while respecting the rights of others.
Availability and accounts
We may update features, set usage limits, or interrupt access for maintenance or security. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Keep your own copy of original clips you want to preserve.
We may restrict access or remove content that violates these terms or creates a legal or security risk. You may stop using Poser at any time and delete clips in your account.
To delete your account, select Delete Poser account in account settings on the web or Settings in the mobile app, then confirm using the link we email you. Confirmation immediately deactivates your account and signs you out. Your account and associated Poser data are scheduled for permanent deletion after seven days.

Liability and your rights
To the extent permitted by law, Poser is provided as available, without additional warranties about accuracy, reliability or suitability for a particular purpose. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the feedback.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Your mandatory consumer rights and protections under the law of your country of residence remain in place.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the date above and give notice of material changes where required by law. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
